Hi, I just signed up as patreon, and also ordered the e book from last month. I cannot figure out how to get it. I paid on paypal, and it looked like it went through fine, but I didn't receive the book via email. How do we get it once paid for? thanks, k

Hello,

The same thing happened to me. I paid through PayPal. The money has been debited from my account. How do I download the e-book?

Thanks. Nicole

Hi Kirsten and Nicole! When you pay for the e-books or e-zines through the blog here, I have to send it to you via e-mail. This means that I have to be awake, near a wifi spot, not in the middle of a meeting, and so on. Kirsten, your e-zine was delayed because I was at work, then the hospital with my mom and didn't see the message of your payment for a while. Nicole, you donated while I was sleeping - I can see your comment was at 1:05 am, my time - so I've just sent it to you now. Check your email inbox as it should be there!

Thank you so much for buying the e-zines!

Hi Samantha! This is a post about the e-zines and e-books, so I'm wondering if you could move your request to the duplicating thread on the Patreon site for September? When I start gathering ideas for duplicated products in a few days, it won't occur to me to come back here and look for your idea. It's just easier to keep all of it in one place.

I paid through Paypal on 9/1. The money has not been taken out of my account. What is the next step for me? I wanted the subscription.

Susan Barclay-Nichols said...

Hi Christy! Unfortunately, there's a cut off point on Patreon when you subscribe, which means you're a subscriber but haven't had a chance to pay. You can see the "every patron sees this" posts, but none of the other ones. I can't control this feature in Patreon, but they are beta testing the idea that people can sign up and pay any time they want during the month. I'm hoping that will be soon.;

In your specific situation, you're subscribed, but the money won't come out until October 1st, when you'll be a paid subscriber and get the e-zine and everything else. Sorry that this didn't happen for September!

Actually, this has changed and one can subscribe any time during the month! This is a great change, and I hope people like it!

Hi I just signed up to donate monthly via Patreon. I would like to purchase the e-zine for previous months and I think Patreon only allows me to view the e-zine from the month that I start paying (from oct 2016 onwards). The problem is when I click to purchase via PayPal in this page, a message pops up stating that due to 'international regulations' the transaction was declined. This error message also pops up when I tried to buy your e-books here. So I had to resort to going to Lotion Crafter to purchase your books over there (my PayPal successfully completed the transactions).

Is there a way for me to purchase your previous e-zines here?

Susan Barclay-Nichols said...

Hi Fiona! I have no idea what that means, to be honest. May I ask what country you live in? I'd like to get to the bottom of this.

I think you can just send me money via PayPal to sjbarclay@telus.net with information on which ones you want and I can send them out to you.

I have the same problem as Fiona, I am buying from Venezuela,for that reason I got all the ebooks from lotioncrafters and not from the blog, but now I want to donate via Patreon and also get the previous ezenes and can´t do
Thank you Susan
